Hiking in Italy by QUANTO MANCA TOURS is a Cultural Association established with the aim of promoting slow tourism and outdoor activities (hiking, trekking, guided tours, walks, culinary experiences), as well as spreading and promoting Italian culture, art, and traditions. Our main idea is to share emotions and the pleasure of discovering natural beauties.

Ivana Bubanj

Founder and Environmental Hiking Guide

Graduated in Forestry Sciences and Landscape Architecture in Belgrade, she has worked extensively in the field of scientific communication and multimedia storytelling at the Publishing House Il Pensiero Scientifico Editore. She is certified as a guide by AIGAE (Italian Association of Environmental Hiking Guides).

In addition to the Hiking in Italy by QUANTO MANCA TOURS project, Ivana is also the founder of the first tourist portal dedicated to Rome and its surroundings in the Serbian language,  Vodic kroz Rim, a project born out of her love for her adopted city.

Dragana Parlac

Sculptor and Tour Guide

Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, she has been working for several years as a registered Tour Guide in the List of Accredited National Tourist Guides in the Lazio Region.

Languages: Italian, Serbo-Croatian.

Stefanija Hrle Aiello

Lawyer and Opera Singer

Graduated in Law, she uses her skills to solve bureaucratic issues for the association. She lends her voice both outdoors and in concert halls, bridging the gap between nature and art. Her resume includes a debut in Mozart’s “Così fan tutte,” participation in the “Festa della Musica” promoted by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, and concerts in Rome, Naples, and Belgrade. With her keen artistic sense and interpersonal skills, she delivers captivating and engaging performances.
